Its in a safe and nice area downtown and the building hosts many events for residents that are very thoughtful and welcoming. The staff are also very sweet and helpful

|Recommended: YesAs a parent, I’ve been very pleased with my daughter’s experience so far. The leasing process was simple and straightforward, and management has been responsive whenever we’ve had questions. Maintenance has addressed the few concerns quickly, which gives me peace of mind. The apartment’s location is excellent, and having it fully furnished made the move-in process so much easier. She’s only been living here for two months, but overall it’s been a positive experience.

|Recommended: YesI have been a new resident at the District Lofts located on Greensboro Ave. I love the location of this apartment complex and I love that the Greensboro location comes with furniture because that made my out of state move so much easier All the staff are friendly and the few work orders we had were solved promptly. They put on frequent community events and give out lots of free things which has been such a perk of living here. The 3 bed 3 bath apartment I live in is beautiful and spacious and truly one of the nicest apartments I've seen in the area for the price. Definitely recommend.

|Recommended: YesAllowed me to move in same day while taking a friends lease. Extremely easy and the staff was helpful over the phone and in person. Parking is great and it is a nice, quiet place to live.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance — No one has come back to finish the maintenance job on the move in day. We have hanging smoke detectors and our electronic room locks aren’t activated.

|Recommended: NoMoved into a dirty apartment, and my room smells like urine thanks the the previous resident’s pets and the apartments neglect to clean for future residents. Also don’t count on having the same furniture as the model unit or what’s promised in your lease because we barely have half of it. Staff is barely of any help. Worst place I’ve lived, only amenity is the gym which is lacking as well.

|Recommended: YesI have had at least one of my 3 kids living at District Lofts over the last 8 years. Management and maintenance have been great and always responsive. I highly recommend District Lofts to other parents of university students. The apartments are great. Parking is plentiful. Great location. It is within walking distance of downtown and campus. Here’s to the next two years.

|Recommended: YesProperty is nice, parking isn't — The building is nice, the staff are amazing, but trying to find parking especially if you're coming in late is horrible. I've had to park very far away due to coming home and every available spot being taken- some with no parking pass.

|Recommended: YesReview — While the location is great there are many flaws. The main one being the response time and knowledge the property staff has. I feel as though no one ever has an answer and if they do then its different than everyone else.
